The Turkish drama Çirkin is coming to an early end. Starring Çağlar Ertuğrul and Derya Pınar Ak, the Star TV series will conclude with its 11th episode, bringing the story of Kadir and Meryem to a close much sooner than some viewers expected.
The finale decision has attracted attention among Turkish TV audiences, particularly after the series returned for its second season in September. According to reports, the show’s ratings were not strong enough to continue its run, leading to the decision to end the drama with Episode 11.
When Will Çirkin Episode 11 Air?
The Çirkin finale aired on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 8 PM on Star TV. The channel officially promoted the 11th episode as the final chapter of the series, confirming that viewers would not receive another episode after it.
The official finale promotion focused heavily on the complicated relationship between Kadir and Meryem, while several unresolved conflicts were set to reach a conclusion.
For viewers searching for Çirkin Episode 11, Çirkin finale, Çirkin final episode date and the ending of the Turkish series, the 11th episode is the definitive conclusion.
Why Is Çirkin Ending So Early?
The decision to end Çirkin comes after the show’s second season struggled to attract the audience expected by the production.
The series originally premiered on March 29, 2026, and completed its first season before returning in September. Its second season consisted of only three episodes, with Episodes 9 and 10 airing in September before the final episode arrived in October.
The ratings performance of Episode 10 reportedly played an important role in the decision. Turkish media reports indicated that the series failed to reach the expected audience level during its second-season return.
As a result, the producers and broadcaster decided to bring the story to an early conclusion rather than continue with additional episodes.
What Happens in Çirkin Episode 11?
The final episode continues the emotional and dramatic conflict between Kadir Tunalı and Meryem Tunalı.
Meryem’s decision to accept Engin’s marriage proposal leaves Kadir deeply unsettled. Although he tries to prevent the marriage, his own secrets and complicated circumstances make the situation increasingly difficult.
Kadir is also under pressure from Prosecutor Arif. He prepares to reveal secrets that he has kept hidden because he wants to protect Meryem, but his plans place him in an increasingly dangerous position.
Meanwhile, Lale’s plan creates another problem for Meryem, putting her under public pressure. As the situation becomes more complicated, Cennet reaches a major decision and believes that Meryem should leave Istanbul.
This leaves Kadir facing a crucial question: Can he stop Meryem from leaving?
The final promotional material suggests that the last episode brings the major emotional conflicts of the series to a head.
Kadir and Meryem’s Love Story Reaches Its Final Chapter
At the heart of Çirkin has always been the relationship between Kadir and Meryem.
Meryem grows up carrying difficult memories and remains deeply connected to Kadir. Years later, their paths cross again, but Kadir’s world has changed dramatically. Power, wealth and ambition have transformed his life, while Meryem continues to hold onto the emotions that have connected them for years.
Their relationship develops into much more than a conventional love story. Secrets, family conflicts, difficult choices and personal sacrifices repeatedly stand between them.
The finale therefore carries considerable emotional weight for viewers who have followed their journey since the beginning.

What Was Çirkin About?

Meryem’s relationship with Kadir becomes the emotional foundation of the story. However, when they meet again years later, Kadir has become a powerful and wealthy man whose life is surrounded by ambition and complicated relationships.
Their reunion opens the door to old feelings but also creates new conflicts.
The drama combines romance, family secrets, ambition, revenge and emotional confrontation, giving the series a strong melodramatic element.
Star TV Confirms the Finale
Star TV’s official website confirmed the 11th episode as the final episode of Çirkin and released promotional material ahead of its broadcast. The official synopsis highlighted Meryem’s potential marriage to Engin, Kadir’s attempts to reveal hidden truths and Cennet’s decision concerning Meryem’s future.
